Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  • Free Standard shipping: via USPS® 1st Class. Expedited Shipping is available at checkout.
  • In-store and curbside pickup: available Monday-Friday 10 A.M.-5 P.M. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is ready for pick up.

 Processing & Shipping Estimates

Restored by Life is dedicated to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. All times and dates given for processing and shipment of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Order processing

The time it takes for us to produce and ready your order for shipment. Processing times do not count towards the estimated shipping time. Once your order is in the care and possession of the carrier, estimated shipping time is applied.

Same Day Shipping*

If your order is placed before 12 p.m. Central Time (weekdays, non-holidays) your order qualifies for same day processing. Same day shipping is not a guaranteed service, and is dependent on normal supply and demand levels.*

Standard Processing Time 

Please allow all other orders an additional 1-3 business days for processing.

Processing and Shipping Exceptions

Bulk Orders, Holidays, Weekends, and Unexpected Events such as natural disasters, supply chain shortages, etc. may delay estimated processing and shipping times. We will notify you of any these changes if they occur.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible with an estimated date for delivery.
