Full Body 6-Step Formula Guide

DIRECTIONS:

Full Body Detox Steps #1-6:  Take 5ml (about 1 teaspoon) of Step #1 (colon cleanse) first thing in the morning. Every 2 hours,  take the next step until you’ve completed the steps for the day for 11 days.

Q: HOW DO I TAKE A TINCTURE/GLYCERITE EXTRACT? 

A: Place 5 ml of liquid under the tongue and before swallowing,  hold for 30-60 seconds and then swallow. This allows superior absorption directly to the bloodstream to occur. Swish mouth with water/juice to rid the taste if undesired. Our alcohol-free tinctures will not burn the mouth. The strength of this cleanse is dependent on this step, do not swallow without first holding the liquid under the tongue for 30-60 seconds.

Daily Dosage Chart: 

Your start time may be adjusted according to your personal schedule. Make sure to start early enough in your day to allow 2 hours between each dose. It is best to set a timer for 2 hours every time you complete a step to stay on track.  Do not dilute your dosage in liquid! Consistency is key, and don’t forget to hold the liquid under the tongue for 60 seconds.

  • 7 a.m. take step #1 colon cleanse 5ml, 
  • 9 a.m. take step #2 kidney cleanse 5ml, 
  • 11 a.m. take step #3 liver cleanse 5ml, 
  • 1 p.m. take step #4 lung cleanse 5ml, 
  • 3 p.m. take step #5 cardiovascular cleanse 5ml, 
  • 5 p.m take step #6 blood cleanse 5ml, 
  • 7 p.m. take 1-2 activated charcoal capsules with a glass of water.
  • *Optional: Drink 2-7 cups of detox-based tea throughout the day to enhance your cleanse.

Take 1-2 activated charcoal capsules with 6-8 oz. of water, 1-2 hours AFTER step #6 (blood cleanse). This will assist the absorption and safe elimination of toxins by binding to any loose containments and flushing them. Drinking distilled water during the course of the cleanse will increase the effectiveness of the body's ability to flush and detox. You can purchase distilled water by the gallon for around $1 each at your local supermarket. It is highly advised you drink ½ to 1 full gallon of distilled water throughout the day, for each day you are on this cleanse.

IF USING EACH STEP INDIVIDUALLY or as a Supplement Booster: If your desire is to not do a cleanse, you may also use these tinctures individually and focus on part of the body. To perform an effective Cleanse (when only taking 1 tincture) 1 FULL DROPPER (1 ml) under the tongue, hold for 30-60 seconds, and take every 2 hours 4 to 6 times DAILY for 10-14 days. To use these tinctures for daily maintenance only (not a cleanse) use 1/4, 1/2, to 1 Full Dropper Daily as written on the bottle label.

DIET

Creating an environment that allows the body to properly eliminate contaminants is important. Diet plays the main role in the success of clearing the organs effectively. Limit dairy/meats and gluten-based foods as much as possible. Please avoid any form of smoking and alcoholic drinks during this cleanse.  Make sure to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day (distilled water is recommended to help pull and flush toxins. Below is a general list of items to consume (but not limited to) during this process. 

VEGETABLES: Artichokes, Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumber, Eggplant, Garlic, Kale, Onions, Rutabaga, Spinach, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Chili Peppers, Bell Peppers

FRUITS: Apples, Apricots, Blueberries, Blackberries,  Acai Berries, Cranberries, Grapes, Strawberries, Avocado, Prunes, Lemon, Lime, Olives, Oranges, Grapefruit, Pineapples, Mangoes, Cherries

NON-GLUTINOUS GRAINS/LEGUMES:: Buckwheat, Millet, Oat bran, Quinoa, Teff, Lentils, 

HEALTHY PROTEINS: Chicken, Herring, Salmon (wild), Sardines, Turkey

NUTS & SEEDS: Almonds, Coconut, Flaxseed, Hazelnuts, Sunflower seeds, Walnuts

DRINKS: Chicory coffee, Filtered water, Herbal teas

HEALTHY FATS & OILS: Coconut oil (virgin), Flax oil, Olive oil, Sesame oil

NO SUGAR SWEETENERS: Erythritol, Stevia, Xylitol

HERBS, SPICES, & CONDIMENTS: Apple cider vinegar, Basil, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Coconut aminos, Dill, Garlic, Ginger, Oregano, Paprika, Rosemary, Salt, Thyme, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper

General Recommendations: 

  • Performing regular physical exercise is an essential part of this cleanse. Jump on a trampoline, walk, stretch, do yoga, dance, or swim.
  • Take probiotics to rebalance the gut, aid digestion, reduce uncomfortable symptoms such as bloating and diarrhea, and boost the immune system. Use Vitamin C supplements to support the immune system
  • Rest. As with any cleanse, taking time for yourself to focus on the body for a week or 2 will help achieve maximum results!
  • Further, assist the effectiveness of the detoxing process by drinking various teas throughout the day. Drink tea during the day that helps energize, and drink tea at night that serves as a mild laxative to assist the colon with flushing toxins. You can find various teas for fairly cheap at your local supermarket.
  • Stay consistent, do not skip days, and prepare your meals 1 week in advance to help stay on track. Google free meal prep plans for further ideas.
  • Plan to use the bathroom more frequently during the cleanse process. Plan ahead or take time off if you work in an environment that doesn't allow frequent use of the restroom.
  • Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! Buy multiple gallons of distilled water in advance and keep one with you.
